Studio Electronics have posted their own demo of the new collaboration between them and Roland. The SE-02 Boutique Designer synthesizer is a very different device from the all digital ACB driven Boutique series that Roland have previously released. The SE-02 is a true analog device with 3 Osc, 24dB Ladder filter, cross modulation, LFO, presets, a sequencer and on board delay.

In this series of demos from SE themselves, we're  shown of some of the more off-piste sounds the SE-02 is capable of. Plenty of drive by the sounds of it...

 

Availability is still not clear, though we're told review units are on the way. Price will be $499/£509
