Released last week at Superbooth Berlin, Novations Peak is their much awaited new polysynth. A hybrid, with digital oscillators, modulation and FX, it has the mulit-mode State Variable Filter from the Bass Station II, analog VCAs and three analog distortions.

The digital side features the new Chris Huggett designed new Oxford Oscillators (3 of them) these, as will all the digital side is constructed using a single FPGA chip - different to the usual DSP, it runs at extremely high clock rates, with internal 1-bit DAC for all routings. Basically no aliading whatsoever.

We take a quick look, so if you have any questions, ask them in the comments and we'll try and cover them all n the final review.

Expected to be available June 2017 at £1299.
