Chappers and The Captain have teamed up (as usual) to review the all new Gibson Les Paul Studio 2012. The 'Studio' model has long been tipped as an affordable option for those who crave the Gibson name on their head stock.

They come in some pretty cool colours, and despite being 'stripped back' versions of their big brothers, the Studios are American-made Les Pauls and in my experience the older models have played well, and sounded pretty good (if not quite reaching the classic Les Paul tone).
