Paul Gilbert Announces Guitar Lessons

Guitar guru, Paul Gilbert, has announced the ‘Paul Gilbert Great Guitar Escape,’ next year. The event will not only feature Mr G, but a number of other fantastic and famous guitarists.

The clinic is open to students of all abilities, and open to those wanting to advance in a wide range of musical styles. It will cover several techniques aimed at improving your ability to play rock, blues, metal, jazz-fusion and more.

“The most important fuel for my own musical fire has always been seeing and hearing great musicians ‘up close’.” Gilbert commented. “I am extremely proud of the musicians that I’ve assembled for my Great Guitar Escape, and I look forward to sharing my ideas at my daily workshops as well. I know everyone who attends will leave with powerful ideas and inspiration to use for their own music.” 

So who will be teaching you on this epic voyage? Well how about the likes of Guthrie Govan, Tony MacAlpine, Kid Andersen, Scotty Johnson, Sam Coulson, and Kelly LeMiuex? Perhaps that isn't quite awesome enough for you, well that's fine, there's also Rodney Holmes and Tom Size! 

Here's the great news! One-on-one lessons will be available with Paul, as well as group classes.

The event will take place at the Full Moon Resort, Big Indian, NY, from July 9 to July 13, 2012.
