Marking his 10th week of releasing Ableton Live racks, AfroDJMac has released the AfroDJMac Broken Bells Rack. Here's what he has to say about it...
Broken Bells Rack was created with two different xylophones/glockenspiels. Layered in are those same two instruments, with the samples reversed. So, when a note is struck, the xylophone produces a tone normally, but then a reversed sound creeps back in. You can blend the sounds or isolate them to taste. As usual, I've included a bunch of effects to manipulate the sounds.
Also, for any Non Ableton Live users: with the download, I've included directions on how to get the samples so you can import them into your preferred DAW. So even if you do not use Live, you can still retrieve the audio files and them as you wish.
