It is a great pleasure and privilege to be joined this week by Scott Humphrey - as well as a brilliant past working with Metallica, Motley Crew, Trevor Horn and an endless list of high fillutin' credits as player, programmer and producer - Scott has also put his energies behind several new media and web projects.

Firstly the successful iPhone App JAMMIT - which takes mulitracks from classic songs and breaks them down for the guitarist, bassist or drummer to play along with. His latest venture ThePublicRecord.com is a collaborative engine, allowing regular folks to get their hands on multitracks from various acts (Rob Zombie, Tommy Lee, Deadmau5 and John 5 and more) and remix or in the case of the recent Tommy Lee record - actually submit parts for use in the final mix.

Both myself and regular guest Mark Tinley - sound artist and creative thinker enjoyed an hour chatting to Scott about recording, programming and many other subjects.
