How to claim free item(s):
Send an email to info@ninevoltaudio.com after making a purchase with the invoice/transaction number and the name of the desired FREE product. Nine Volt Audio will send a download link for the free product (or confirm shipment if DVD) within 24 hours - in most cases MUCH sooner.
Please note: Free items for download item purchases must also be a download (not DVD).
Free items for DVD purchases can be with DVD or download - please specify which is preferred.
