Steinberg has announced that its new multilingual knowledge base is up and running:
Providing answers to frequently asked questions, effective problem-solving tips and other really useful information, the Knowledge Base currently contains all articles in English and German. Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch articles will be added over time to offer the information you’re looking for in your own language.
Unfortunately, the knowledge base is only available to registered MySteinberg users. This puts up a barrier for users looking answers and could make it less likely that users will find the answer via Google and other search engines.
There's no charge for using the site, though, you just need to sign up for an account.
