SONIC TALK 090
Holidays are over (for me anyhows) and now it's back to rain soaked Blighty for some proper work. e are honored to have the whole gang with us this week (at least the regulars) with Rich Hilton from Chic, Mark Tinley who's ears are recovering from a Duran Duran gig he went to on Monday night, Dave Spiers from GForceSoftware.com- makers of fine musical instruments, who's ears are recovering from a bad case of labyrinthitis, P.J. Tracy studio owner and performing musician/composer from Minneapolis, who's ears are fine and Noneric from Germany's premier music production video site MusoTalk.de who's ears are unable to distinguish minute changes in pitch... We first talk of plastic figurines and memorabilia as inspired by the Keith Emerson doll, then we're off on to Rich's work on Ramones album Subterranean Jungle, Devo take McDonalds to court, Jay Wasco's amazing rendition of Heart of Gold on the Swiss Army Bass and people who can play and sing one more instruments at a time, we then take the Audiocheck.net hearing challenge, then we discuss electronic drum kits. Remember... Do Call Us We’ve set up a Skype account for people to leave comments (which may be played on subsequent episodes) or requests to be considered for a part on the show.
