Tascam have been showing off their two new portable USB Audio/MIDI interfaces. The US-122L is the follow-up to the popular US-122 while the US-144 is more of the same but with S/PDIF digital input and output added. Both allow you to Record two tracks at a time at up to 96kHz/24-bit qualitywith zero latency and seem like they would make aideal travelling companions to a laptop.

US-122L Features
  • 2 XLR mic inputs with phantom power
  • 2 analog line inputs (1 switchable to high impedance for use with guitars, basses, etc.)

  • USB 2.0 equipped (also supports USB 1.1)
