Some of the world’s most renowned keyboardists will take the stage to honor Bob Moog at the 3rd Annual Moogfest. The all-star cast for this celebration, which begins at 7:30 p.m., includes Keith Emerson, The School of Rock, DJ Logic, Roger O’Donnell (The Cure), Jordan Rudess (Dream Theatre), The Mahavishnu Project, and Jan Hammer, who is performing for the first time in the U.S. since 1991.
During the event, Moog Music will present a lifetime achievement award to an artist who is recognized as having expressed their unique artistry through their Moog instrument.
B.B. King’s Blues Club is located at 237 W. 42nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenue. Tickets for this special event, produced by The Carlini Group, are limited and valued at $45.
