This is a fat machine.. mine has an otari 8-track headstack, which sounds thick on a one inch tape- almost like a 2" 16track.

Good Points
nice sound, built like a sherman tank. Quick transport, remote control (needed fo rthis machine- you can't arm the tracks without it. unless you made your own remote :P)
Bad Points
expensive... I might just sell it and, oh, I dunno.. buy part of a ProTools rig.
