Good trusty nearfields hidden away in a lot of pro studios. I fell in love with these speakers. the mixing process is a dream. the only active nearfields to compare are the Dynaudio BM6A , which I have not had a chance to listen too.(sorry mackie users) if youve got the money check out the Meyer Sound HD1.

Good Points
I make the mix, and listen on other systems and the story is the same, you will have to learn your monitors anyway which ever you use,but there is not much to learn with these except trust.
Bad Points
fecking loud if you slip with your sliders!!!
