Good Points
1.7 ms asio2 drivers. 3.0 ms asio drivers. 24/96 at a price musicians can afford. for "pro" (balenced i/o on all ins and outs) you can get the ACDIII and DACIII boxes instead of adc&dac2000 kit.
Bad Points
multiple clients cannot access same outs at same time (ie: cubase can be using outs 1&2 while Acid Pro uses outs 3&4, you cant have cubase and acid going into outs 3&4 simultainiously)

however, there is a "mix out" option which lets you monitor everything on outs 1&2 (or the cards built-in output) to work around this driver issue. It is going to be updated in a later release.
