Video of an IMPOSSIBLY Cool All Star Jam For Les Paul's 100th Birthday

Joe Bonamassa, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani and more!   11-Jun-15

This week marked the 100th birthday of Les Paul, if the legend was still alive he would have reached his centenary year.

But despite his passing in 2009 at the age of 94, Les Paul's birthday is still a great cause for celebration - because his impact on the development of the electric guitar (and many other things) was invaluable.

On June 9, legends of the guitar world descended on New York to pay tribute to Les Paul, and the video above captures the moment when an all star jam took place on stage.

The likes of Joe Bonamassa, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Steve Miller and Warren Haynes shared one stage to honor the great man, and it was captured by fan Timothy Brannigan, who uploaded it to YouTube.

Thanks for uploading, Timothy!
