Are Behringer Planning a Bupiter 8?

Pictures recently posted to the Behringer Facebook page seem to indicate that they may be working on the concept for a Jupiter 8, and indeed a TR (BR?) 909 if the units in the picture are to be taken that way.  The caption "Christmas came early for our German Tribers" is all they say. Oh and "You missed the second gift" which presumably refers to the TR-909 also pictured.

Obviously the immediate speculation was clustered around the picture of what looks like a genuine Jupiter 8 , one of the two golden icons of polysynth-ness - the other perhaps being the CS-80 (no plans there we see).

We wonder if its related to  the fabled Jupiter 8 DIY recreation made by tiergrinder - who as it happens is also German, and has posted a couple of videos of his Jupiter 8 clone - perhaps he has hooked up with Mr B  - who knows?

Though you can see the pictured "8" has the blue buttons on the RHS (the tape memory section) whereas the tiergrinder one does not have them.

We know this is classic Behringer marketing of a non product (at least not in production as far as we know), but it the idea of a recreation of one of the classics is likely to get a few people excited. And will add to the dictionary of hybridized words - we have the Boog (D), why not a Bupiter (or Jupiter B)? Of course, it could just be a picture of a couple of lucky fellers playing an original Jupiter 8, and we're all getting flustered over nothing. Ain't the internet a wonderful thing?
